What can I fit in my new bag?
I sell a variety of different sized bags. The following is a rough guide to what sort of project your bag will store:
Small bags - one skein projects such as socks, mittens, hats and small baby items
Large bags - it sounds obvious but, larger projects! Shawls (up to 3 skeins), small garments etc
XL bags - these are huge and will happily fit sweaters, blanket projects and so on.
How do I care for my bag?
Eldenwood Craft bags should be spot cleaned as required. They prefer a hand wash to a machine wash. They like an iron. Best of all they like to be filled with lots of lovely yarn!
Do you take custom orders or can I reserve a bag?
Unfortunately at the moment I am not able to take custom orders. Nor am I able to reserve a bag for you - I am sorry about this.
Do you take wholesale orders?
I may have capacity to provide wholesale for your shop. Please contact me via email (email@example.com) to discuss.
How often do you update the shop?
New bags are listed as they are made. Occasionally I will do a large or special update and will announce the details ahead of time on Instagram and my website.
COVID-19 : I am operating almost as normal during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, please be aware that shipping is outside of my control, and due to flight reductions and increased border restrictions, your order will most likely take longer than normal to arrive.

Shipping rates vary dependent on weight of your parcel and will be calculated at checkout. I aim to ship all parcels within 5 working days but will usually send your order sooner than this.
You are liable for any customs or import charges that may be charged if shipping internationally.
Shipping is through standard Royal Mail domestic and international post. This is not insured and I am not responsible for items lost in the mail. I can offer a Track and Sign service at additional cost. Please select the ‘Tracked’ option at checkout or contact me by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) at the time of ordering and I can provide you with a quote for this service.
Refunds and Returns
It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied please contact me within 14 days of receipt to arrange receipt or refund. This does not apply to custom orders unless your purchase is faulty in some way. Unless we made an error with your order, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover the cost of return postage. The items remain the responsibility of the buyer until they reach me and I am not responsible for any items lost in transit. Therefore I advise that you obtain proof of postage.
