I have listened. You guys were not keen on the tracked only shipping and to be honest it ultimately wasn’t a great business decision based on recent shop activity. So I am therefore reverting back to offering standard shipping on all overseas orders (the change will happen over the next couple of days). Thank you for the feedback and I’m sorry that the change didn’t work out.
In return, if you order and opt for standard shipping rather than tracked, please can I ask you to be understanding that deliveries are sometimes taking longer than expected at the moment. Standard shipping does not provide for insurance or tracking information and therefore once your order is handed over to the post office it is out of my control and I will not be able to let you know where it is. Parcels can sometimes take weeks longer than expected if for example they get held up in customs, or there may be delays in flights between countries at the moment due to the pandemic.
